Built from one collector's question
CollectorDex began with a simple idea from a 10-year-old Pokémon fan called Leo.
Like many Pokémon fans, Leo loves opening packs, organising his cards, and discovering what they might be worth. But whenever he wanted to check a card's value, he found himself jumping between multiple websites, comparing different prices, and looking at values displayed in the wrong currency. More often than not, he had to manually convert the prices himself just to work out what a card was worth.
After one too many searches across different marketplaces and price guides, Leo asked his dad a simple question:
Why isn't there an easier way to check Pokémon card values?
That question became CollectorDex. The idea behind CollectorDex is simple: make it easier for Pokémon fans to find card prices, view card details, and understand what their cards are worth without having to search across multiple websites.
